I'm a Master Herbalist, certified birth and death doula, and practitioner of traditional Afrikan plant medicine. Once I discovered the love of herbs and my connection with them, I dedicated my life to study the science of healing and the ancestral wisdom that was never lost, only temporarily forgotten. My work lives at the intersection of clinical herbalism, chakra based energy care, and the deep knowing that your healing is not a destination. It is a daily practice, a returning, a remembering.
I created The Ori Sanctuary so you would have a space to that work - held, guided, and seen.
