The Ori Sanctuary Membership Terms & Conditions

Trial Period: September–December 2026

1. Program Term
This membership begins as a 4-month trial period (September 1 – December 31, 2026). It runs month-to-month with no long-term commitment during the trial. Terms may be updated for the program beyond December, with notice provided to active members before any changes take effect.

2. Billing
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the official booking site. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of membership benefits until resolved.

3. Holistic Hair Membership — Usage Rules

• Includes one full loc maintenance visit per month (Full Head through Waistlength).
• This visit does not roll over. If unused in a given month, the visit is forfeited and cannot be banked, combined, or applied to a future month.
• All other included benefits (priority booking, discounts, birthday offer, etc.) apply as outlined in the membership description.

4. Sugar Wax Membership — Usage Rules

• Each month, members receive a monthly credit toward waxing services, add-ons, or retail.
• A wax service must be booked and used at least once per month to remain in good standing on this benefit.
• Only the unused dollar amount left over after a service (not full skipped months) rolls over to the following month.
• Credit cannot be combined across multiple unused months if a wax service was not booked during that time.

5. Rescheduling & No-Shows
Membership appointments are subject to the same booking, deposit, rescheduling, and no-show policies applied to all Ori Sanctuary clients, including:

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment requires 50% of service payment.
• Rescheduling outside the 24-hour window holds the deposit for use within the same month.
• No-shows without communication or genuine emergency may result in being blocked from future bookings, including membership benefits.

6. Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice, submitted via email to [Frequencyoracle@gmail.com] or through the booking site. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle once cancellation is submitted.

7. Non-Transferable
Membership is valid only for the enrolled individual and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.

8. End of Trial Period
At the conclusion of the trial period (December 31, 2026), members will be notified of next steps. Continuation of membership beyond the trial period may be subject to updated terms, pricing, or structure, communicated in advance.

9. Pricing Changes
The Ori Sanctuary reserves the right to adjust membership pricing for future billing cycles. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes taking effect.

10. Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable once billed. This includes unused hair maintenance visits (per Section 3) and wax credit amounts forfeited due to a skipped month without a booked service (per Section 4).

11. Health & Liability Disclaimer
Services offered including holistic haircare, waxing, herbal recommendations, and related offerings are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Members are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to service. The Ori Sanctuary is not liable for reactions, outcomes, or complications arising from services rendered, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Agreement
By enrolling in a membership and completing payment, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
